Lamination Setter/Chargehand

The role

The Lamination Setter will be responsible for the production of all lamination operations. Working at our Heage based manufacturing facility, you will  be tasked with ensuring all products are laminated to the highest quality and keeping to the production schedule as part of our commitment to offering exceptional quality and responsive service to our customers.

Key attributes

– Setting, running and quality of all lamination jobs
– Work closely with the production manager and production planner to ensure customer deadlines are adhered to
– Must fully understand the correct setting/operational process of a single length lamination line
– A good working knowledge of a lamination line is essential to carry out basic maintenance in order to keep the machine running to it’s best potential, i.e. keeping the glue head free from debris/blockages etc
– Complete all production paperwork, as required for traceability

– A minimum of 3 years setting/operational experience on a single length lamination line
– Ability to read and understand the works order requirements
– The ability to prioritise your workload to maximise efficiency whilst, at the same time, working to customer deadlines
– A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure that only good quality products are produced
– Ability to work independently
– Strong organisational skills
– Good housekeeping
